When you’re visiting a city and like what you see and read, you can join that city's tribe and receive city updates. On desktop in the left column under Civic Center, select the Join My Tribe icon, then click the blue “Join in now” button on the collaborate page, and you will be joined to that city’s tribe.
On mobile, scroll down to the icons near the bottom of the page, select the "people" icon and tap the "Join in now" button.
Once joined, you'll see their tribe's posts, and you can tour their city by clicking/tapping the icons in the Landmark scroller. Introduce yourself by sending a private message and commenting and giving kindreds for posts you like. You might see other tribe members' comments you like, and you can join their tribe too. Have fun!
