I dream a lot and I remember my dreams. Some are uplifting and some are creepy. Some make no sense, and in others I'm like a fly on the wall in someone else's life. I learn from my dreams because often enough they put me into someone else's shoes which teaches me something about their challenges and renders me more compassionate. The best dream I had was one where I visited the "other side" and saw how beautiful life really is over there.

I admit I'd much rather have dreams of me having fun rather than being stressed. But maybe, I'm getting stronger during my sleep which is a good thing. Thanks for sharing this interesting article.
