Though the topic of self-care gets more press these days and is extremely important to practice, many have a tough time identifying things to do or doing them consistently.

This article recommends ten actions that can help. Number one is my favorite—Practice Intentional Imperfection. Perfectionism makes it harder to reach our goals so allowing for error makes it easier to approach a task and reduces stress.
