Civic Center
An easy and nutritious recipe of mine.
I'll be the first to admit that I don't have a black belt when it comes to creating dishes. However, this meal is one that I'll have for breakfast once or twice a week. It takes about ten minutes to make, is nutrient-dense, and keeps me satisfied for a few hours.
It won't gain me any notoriety in the culinary world but it works just fine for me.
1-2 cups of Trader Joe's steamed lentils;
2 eggs;
Broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash;
Olive Oil;
Trader Joe's "Everyday Seasoning;
Hot Sauce

It looks delicious and sounds like a perfect brunch dish for me. I think I might add a slice of sourdough bread with a bit of jam. Yum; thanks for the recipe!
