The 60th International Art Exhibition takes place in Venice, Italy. It opens to the public on April 20, closing on April 24.
The event, referred to by some as the "Art World Olympics", will feature exhibitions by Shahzia Sikander, Willem de Koonig, Sarah Sze, and many others.

I really wish I could be there. It would be so amazing and inspiring--I've been on Biennale site browsing around. So exciting. But I'll be happy going to the Ed Ruscha exhibit at LACMA. I'm also looking forward to the day I'll get back to painting. But I'm loving what I'm doing right now.

My client is friends with Jim Dine who'll be exhibiting. Well into his 80s, Mr. Dine still has the creative fire.
