What miracle am I?
“The world is an incredible place. It's here for you and for you to enjoy, so show up as you. The world needs you as you are.”
To view life, oneself, and others through such a lens makes for a life of joy, appreciation, and gratitude. In this video, we meet a poet who lived in a shrunken, depressive world of daily intense migraines for 14 years. Beaten down by chronic pain and without the will to continue, she received a miracle.
Now she’s a living example of someone given a fresh start, living empathetically, lovingly, and with more silliness. She encourages us to try it ourselves and to ponder, "What miracle am I?”

She's right, the frowns and furrowed brows of others can oftentimes be erased by just giving them a smile. Being a light to ourselves is first and foremost and makes it easier to be that light for others. Thanks for posting her story.
