Small act = big impact!
I've never eaten at Chik-fil-A, but I like one of their recent commercials. It showcases an employee who writes short messages of kindness on customers' beverage cups.
The ad also features a frequent customer who speaks to the impact that this simple gesture had on her and how uplifted she felt by this act of kindness.
It's further proof that mountains don't have to be moved to make someone feel special.
