I have a friend who's all about oat milk in her coffee. I've tried it, and it's delicious. However, this non-dairy favorite can create a spike in blood sugar, potentially leading to fatigue, blurred vision, headache, and increased cravings for sugar and nutrient-deficient foods.

Good info. This is a case of just because it sounds healthy doesn't mean it is. It may be fine for some, but for those with diabetes, hypoglycemia or sugar sensitivity, probably not. Thanks for posting!
