Nationwide nose spray recall

Another nationwide Food and Drug Administration recall has been announced, and this time it includes nose sprays.

Due to mold, yeast, and bacterial contamination, ReBoost and ClearLife Nasal Sprays have been recalled by the Food and Drug Administration. The detected bacteria can potentially cause life-threatening infections in the immunocompromised.

The products have the following UPC codes and NDC numbers:

ReBoost Nasal Spray: NDC number is 62795-4005-9, and the UPC# is 787647 10186 3
ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray: NDC number is 62795-4006-9, and the UPC# is 787647 10188 7
