The 40+ Double Dutch Club

News Flash

When you were a kid, did you jump rope or try the more advanced Double Dutch?

To break out of an emotional funk, Pamela Robinson considered what brought her joy as a child. Soon after, she founded the 40+ Double Dutch jump rope club in Chicago, a group of mid-life and senior women wanting to inject more fun, exercise, and socializing into their lives. Hundreds of these ladies recently gathered for the "40+ Double Dutch Club's 3rd National Playdate."

Double Dutch fever has been spreading outside the US with clubs now in Canada, Germany, and Israel.

Looks like a lot of fun to me, too. What a great way to let off some steam!

Jumping rope brings fun and laughter, and we all need a lot more of both. Brilliant idea, and I love that it's spreading. More fun, more laughter; bring it on!
