A new Harris poll shows that nearly 40% of consumers have shifted their spending based on their values, with many even dropping their favorite stores in protest.

I'll be curious to learn what companies the National Action Network will publicly scrutinize for their abandoning of DEI policies.

This story mentions people's values as motivators in changing spending habits. I see this as a good thing because our core values aren't typically pondered with regularity.

While opting not to purchase from a company can send a message, I feel for their front line employees who'll be impacted by reduced hours or layoffs.
