How to protect your mental well-being online
Twelve-year-old Peachy Liv saw her friends suffering under the pressure and competition to get high grades, and thus, hating school. She felt inspired to start sharing on social media her thoughts on how it’s possible to close the gap between how learning should feel and how it actually feels.
She had no idea when she began that she would become a victim of online bullying. In this Gen-Zer TED video, she talks about her experience and shares what she learned about protecting her mental well-being.
If you’ve experienced social media bullying, please share your story and pass on any tips that you found helpful.

This is a great post. As she points out, the desire to help or educate others and the pleasure it gives us is what counts and that’s where our focus should be.

I was so impressed by her. She was very in touch with herself and the struggles of others at a very young age. I'm relieved that their are thinkers and saviors in this younger generation.
