Not only does performing a random act of kindness benefit the other person, it benefits the giver. And it reminds us all there is so much good in humanity.

I love the feeling of helping people. The other day I helped a woman who had impaired vision find a food product she was looking for. She was so grateful, and I was grateful to her for letting me help. We both benefited immensely.
