Sand, stones, leaves, moss—whatever Mother Nature provides is all artist Jon Foreman needs to create his beautiful pieces of art. He, of course, provides the time and patience. A few pieces of Jon's art are exhibited here. Enjoy!
Talk about someone who feels most at home in nature. His creations are beautiful, and I have to wonder if it's patience that he's exercising or if it's a state of flow, what some call "being in the zone."
Being a fitness nerd, I noticed in a couple of photos that Mr. Foreman is crouched in a deep squat posture. I'm sure he spends accumulated hours in this position, requiring a degree of joint mobility that most of us can only dream of attaining.
Maybe he's like a distance runner who gets in the zone. I noticed his squat too, and my legs started hurting 😃 I'm glad you appreciated his art. Different, but stunning for sure.
