4-day work week gets a thumbs up from the boss
Advanced RV's CEO Mike Neundorfer says he first heard about the four-day workweek for five days’ pay two years ago. The idea resonated enough for him to shift his manufacturing company in Willoughby, Ohio, in that direction in April 2022.
