Kindness From A Stranger

Knowledge

Stories about people who see a need and decide to do something about it always grab my attention. And Bill Magnusson did something pretty extraordinary when he heard about a young boy named Jude Kofie who could sit down at a piano and play music he had never been taught.

Bill, a stranger to Jude and his family, was so taken by Jude that he gave him a grand piano. He saw a young boy with an amazing gift and realized that having the right piano could help him take that gift much further.

Jude has gone on to amaze people with his ability to play everything from jazz to gospel. But I think the part of this story also worth celebrating is Bill’s goodness. Granted, Bill’s gift was extraordinary, but the lesson here is that helping others, no matter how big or small the action may be, can make a difference.

Well Street

Wow, you're not kidding; Jude and Bill are each one of a kind. To be moved to purchase a $15K piano so that a young boy's talent can blossom is an act of divinity.

Wilsons Grave

I agree with Well Street. God put a gift inside this boy and sent out an angel to help him share it with the world. Wow.
