I remember a time when going to Trade School was respected and I like the idea of trades being taught in high school now.
Kids are very aware of the changing job market and what AI is taking away from them in careers and earning potential.

I'm really glad vocational schools are coming back into vogue. Most high schools once taught woodworking, upholstery repair, or auto repair--but that was decades ago. Now it's all STEM, which doesn't teach kids how to be useful if the grid goes down.
