Is The Menace Of Deception Knocking On Your Door?
Deception comes in many forms. There's no cure for those who would deceive us. For them, there is so much to gain.
From scammers to presidents, we are promised the world and left with less than what we had.
At best, deception may be called a manipulation. You are used, duped, or cajoled based on false promises.
At its worst, deception is evil. You trust someone, allow them into your home. Then they take from you—your dignity, your money, your life.
Once we believe in someone, trust their motives, and open ourselves to their beliefs, wants, or desires, we begin to lose grounding in ourselves. We begin to become the other based on their thinking, their needs, their ideals, forfeiting our own self.
How can we prevent ourselves from falling into someone's trap?
Imagine using an app where you can ask simple questions: Should I believe this? Should I trust this person? Should I buy this product?
That app exists right here on Youtropolis. We created it to keep you from falling victim to deception. We named it Tribal Wave because it prompts your tribe members to tap into the wave of consciousness to intuit answers to your important, or even urgent, questions.
To try Tribal Wave yourself, open your "Take a new action" menu and select "Poll". Choose your audience, post your question, and a poll notification will be sent to your chosen audience. Wait for answers to come in.
Keeping out of harm's way is not always simple, but your Tribal Wave polling booth might go a long way to help.

It's very helpful. I like the ability to keep your question hidden so people don't use their "logic." Going by intuition works for me.
