It's Not Yours To Fix!
Have you ever found yourself giving and not receiving in return?Perhaps you've been left frustrated and wondering, "Did I do something wrong?" Or, "Why aren't they reciprocating my love and kindness?"
There may be possible reasons, but just know that it's about the person's limitations and not necessarily about who you are as a person.

Evangel
This is a very common issue. And, yes, we must consider one's limitations in more ways than one.
Sometimes they are limited by their own neediness and self-focus. But other times people are stretched thin to the breaking point. We can assume they don't care enough to reciprocate, but if we look a little deeper, we may find they are so drained beyond all capacity to give no matter how much they may want to.
I agree we should never take another's lack of giving personally. If you're at a point of wondering if you did something wrong, it's best to ask and clarify.
Slipstream
These kinds of situations are difficult. We do tend to wonder what we're doing wrong. If the other person doesn't voice it, we have the option to bring it up. Sometimes the air can be cleared; other times it can't. But fixing it can't be one-sided. Both have to be on the same page.
