Don't Isolate!

Knowledge

When you're feeling down, depressed, or anxious, it's easy to want to curl up into a ball and exit stage right. But that's the worst thing you can do. If you are feeling out of sorts, that's the time to reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or therapist. At that point, you might be able to get a different perspective. And maybe that's all you need to turn you around. It's worked for me!

Great advice, nicely said. This is what good friends are for.

So true. A friend of mine who went through a years long health battle, told me how depression brought on isolation. Looking back, he advises people even though they don't feel like it, to accept the support of the ones who love you—it will help you during the healing process.

Sanatana

Yes, exactly. That's what I'm talking about.
