Wilsons Grave

Wonderful historic image...a visual remembrance from way back when things could still move in the right direction. And it all paid off, giving folks the voting rights act in 1965, now under siege by the Trump admin with his new redistricting rampage. Makes one wonder, if he believes he and his policies are so popular (as he claims they are), why does he need more votes in the house???

Dump Trump…Thanks for your input.

Tragically, civil rights activists of today have little reason to believe they'll one day be able to rest and that their fight will be won.

This photo captures a very different time in the nation's politics. No AI, no barrage of fake news appearing in addictive handheld devices, no street cameras everywhere, no listening devices in phones (unless you were targeted as a "commie" for disagreeing with the status quo). But here we are, and the good fight will continue as it always has and always must.

George, thanks for bringing us this great photo of a bygone era that moved us forward toward greater justice for all.
