If I can make a pledge to let something go, it should be the voice in my head that craves sweets and constantly eggs me on. Not sure how to get rid of it. Maybe an exorcism? Any ideas are welcome.
I hear you. It's hard to ignore when you're craving. Maybe a little diversion therapy, a cup of tea, a piece of gum, or a walk. Absolutely not the same as sugar, but it might get you over the hump. I find brushing my teeth after dinner helps. But then when Fave starts snacking I find it’s easy to cave. At social events if I have a drink in hand, I’m less likely to indulge.
