Start acting out to raise awareness about you, your liberation, and your city's activities.

Toot your own horn!

People who rise to the top never shy away from tooting their own horn and building a following (think political candidates). They know it pays off! So it's time to give a shout out to the world and get your liberation off the ground.

From your city's Welcome page or Tribe page open your city hub to Start something new...

Select Post newsflash
On the post form, use the down arrow to open and select Trade Alliances if you've already joined other cities
Fill in the rest of the form, then Post! Your tribe members will receive an alert.

If you've already created a Newsflash and want to share it on other social media, go to your Newsflash post page:

Select the down arrow to open the menu
Choose your preferred social media icon through which you'll share your news, or if you wish to share via email, select the email icon

Get the word out

Here are some fun ways to get the word out about your city and your call to action:

Throw a ribbon-cutting ceremony and launch party to promote your Youtropolis city. Invite your favorite people and share your city's important call to action. Invite them to join Youtropolis and support your city's unique goals by joining your tribe.
Give your friends, co-workers, and social acquaintances a Youtropolis business card featuring your city's Call to Action and web address. Handing out your business card is an opportunity to talk up your city and invite others to join your tribe.
When you're out and about, sport a custom-made "Be a liberator" T-shirt featuring your city's web address.
Call attention to your city driving around town with a bumper sticker promoting your city web address
Stamp out negativity and division with a custom "Give some love" rubber stamp featuring your city web address.

Create buzz!

A quick and easy way to create buzz for your city and generate interest in your liberation is by tagging your motto with descriptive words that capture your city's essence.

Here's how to tag your city motto:

Go to the 3 dot Manage menu on the upper right
Select Profile
Choose the Edit Profile link
Add a city motto if you haven't yet done so
Add tags that will pique interest and attract others to your city
Tap/click Save

Your tags will immediately post to Youtropolis Cities and your city will appear in search results with a convenient hyperlink to your city when matching tag searches are conducted by others.
