Sharing knowledge brightens the world. What you know and share might liberate another, break down cultural barriers, increase unity, or simply inspire happiness and gratitude for a lesson learned.

Education is no longer confined to the classroom. Your city's U of You is your space to teach what you know. If you're not sure what to teach, teach what you love. Share personal lessons, ideas, experiences, or even just quotes that have inspired you. Every city educates its populace. This is your chance to enrich others with your knowledge.

To teach something:

• From your city page, click Take a new action!
• Select Knowledge
• On the form, click “Select your audience” to ensure both Trade Alliances and  Universal U of You are checked so your amusement is shared with a wider audience 
• Uncheck the box(es) to narrow your audience 
• Give your lesson a descriptive title (up to 50 characters)
• Add your lesson
• You may also add web links and embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo
• Add images if desired
• Click Post

To edit your lesson:

• Sign in
• Click your city's Grow icon in your landmark scroller
• Select the headline for the lesson you'd like to edit
• On the lesson post page, click the 3 dot menu below the post and choose Edit or close topic
• Make your changes
• Click Post
