When I hear about what has happened, and is happening to women, I feel sick. Truly. Just this week alone there has been a bombardment of things done to women. Men are forgiven, or sent off to write an essay to explain why drugging a woman and raping her for 7 hours is OK.
In what world are we living? It is no wonder women always choose the bear!

When I was a teenager, my grandma told me to be careful when I was on a date. Her exact words were "Men just can't help themselves." I wonder now, as I did then, why can't help themselves? Women can help themselves, but men can't? Too many excuses are made for these weaklings that can't themselves. Thank goodness I have good men in my life, but I see so many women who just aren't that lucky.

The whole thing is just sickening. But it's been going on forever. A certain type of man sees women as nothing more than a sexual toy to abuse. Gloria Steinem said that when she was in high school, it was very common for those reputed "loose" girls to end up being gang raped in a garage by the entire football team. In war-torn countries, innocent young girls are pulled off the streets and sold to bars as war wh*res (though they are unwilling sex slaves). For a fee, men have at them all night long and the bar owner becomes wealthy.
