Earlier today, I was thinking about the elders in my family, the grandparents, aunts, and uncles, who were constants in my life since childhood. They're all gone now, and that thought brought tears to my eyes because those fun times are gone and I miss them still.

And now, listening to your beautiful song, I had same teary-eyed experience. I know just how you feel. What consoles me is knowing they are alive and well in God's realm. That's the miracle of life, and the love we shared keeps us connected in ways we cannot see. Thank you for sharing your gift! Your voice is SO soothing and lovely.

I feel the heartbreak in this song. We never know when someone's gonna leave us or be taken. It hurts. It's the worst part of life. But we seem to grow more tender, even wiser from the experience of it all. Thanks for posting your awesome music.
