Music Video: STAINED
The power of words can lift others up or wound them.
Whether it is a thoughtless reaction or an intentional verbal attack the result can be the same, it stains the heart.
I wonder if you, like me, think about what our relationships would be like if we were careful what we say?
I wrote Stained as a reminder of the damage words can do.

Painfully beautiful and tender song. Thank you for the reminder as well as the music.
I have been guilty of making a poor choice in my wording of something in my lifetime and hurt someone unintentionally including myself.
Remembering there are many different ways to communicate my thoughts and feelings I think “being careful what I say” is an invitation to practice mindfulness before speaking to keep the door open for discussion and repair if I do hurt someone.

Thank you for sharing this moving piece.
Words carry immense power. It's safe to say the relationship that takes the biggest bruising from unkind words is the one that people have with themselves, leaving the heart stained, indeed.

This song is a reminder that we shouldn't say words that we wouldn't want to hear. Your beautiful voice and music sent the message straight to my heart. Thank you so much!

This is such a beautiful song. It's so touching, and you voice is absolutely angelic.
It's so true that there's no stain remover for the heart! If words have hurt us, it's like being branded by them. That alone should be enough of a reminder to mind what we say to others (or ourselves), but it's not. So I'm glad you wrote this song.
We can all pledge to hold our tongue when angry. We can all choose empowering language over words that diminish others. We'd all be better for it. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome music! ❤️

Nice! My type of music. This song really got me...it's beautiful and your voice could calm a demon.
All words matter, but folks today have flushed their filter down the toilet. This song's a great reminder to put a lid on the ugliness before blurting it out into the world. I truly appreciate the addition of biblical passages. It's genius. Thank you for sharing more of your music.
