This is true. When we covet the resources of another nation and that nation is unwilling to make a deal with us, we decide to grab their resources through war. So since no one wants to send their kids off to war, we have to make it honorable by saying that country's government and people are monstrous.
FYI, Iran has not attacked another nation in over 200 years, mainly because they adhere to a no first strike policy. They are peaceful until they come under an existential threat, as they have due to our insane recklessness.
