Yes, no washing chicken or turkey. I wear gloves when handling poultry to keep stuff from going under my nails and carrying it to something else. I wipe down my counters and anything else it might have touched or splattered. You have to pay attention, that's for sure...
I'm glad more attention is being given to this topic! A lot of people still wash their chicken (and unwittingly spread bacteria to other food) only because that's what they were taught to do. I've also watched cooks rinse their hands and dry them on the hand towel without using soap or hot water. Thanks for sharing.
