On laptop, select "Profile" from the 3 dot Manage menu, click the "Edit profile" link, and select the City Seal link. Select one of the seven city seals, then click the Save button.
On mobile, select the 3 dot Manage menu, click the "Edit profile" link, then select the City Seal from the Edit Profile menu. Select one of the seven city seals, then click the Save button. Your new city seal will show up immediately.
