On laptop and mobile, all you have to do is select the post (wish, pledge, amusement, etc.) you want to remove from the Universe, select the down arrow on the right of the post, tap/click the "Edit or Close topic" in the post menu, then tap "Select your audience" menu and uncheck the Universe or Futures Exchange box. It will no longer appear in Universe or Futures Exchange, but it will still be posted to your city landmark (pledge, wish, etc) and Younited Front pages.
If you want to completely remove the post and related comments, after selecting "Edit or Close topic", scroll down the page and tap/click the Delete button. The post and all comments will be deleted.
