Why Are Women Still Making Less Than Men?
Finally, there’s an answer, thanks to Harvard professor Claudia Goldin, winner of this year’s Nobel Prize in Economics.
To her understanding, the statistics were clear: women surpass men in education, graduating from college at higher rates than their male counterparts. In business they outperform men in key leadership traits including social skills and emotional intelligence. Companies with more women do better than those with fewer. And countries run by women through the Covid crisis fared better than those run by men. Yet, they are still paid less.
Goldin spent years researching the root causes of gender bias in income inequality. Her research not only reveals the cause, it offers the solution. Read more in L.A. Times

I feel like I learned so much from this article. I wouldn't have guessed that '63-'73 was considered the golden era of women's rights, but the data she presents makes perfect sense.
