Americans Who Tell The Truth Portrait Gallery

The City of Slipstream has announced a “gallery opening” where the work of artist Robert Shetterly is now on display. Americans Who Tell The Truth  is an online exhibit that features 260 inspiring portraits of men and women who have illumined the nation and endeavored to create a more perfect union.

The exhibit reminds us of the power we each have to stand firm for justice and work toward a greater good despite the obstacles before us. Within each painting, the artist has etched a thought-provoking quote from the person portrayed. 

The exhibit will be on display through December 31. Slipstream invites you to view the art, and “ponder their journey, read their words, and learn what has inspired their life’s journey.”
