We Can Do More Than We Think We Can!
When a horse starts his training, he's afraid to pull 25 pounds, when in fact he has the power to pull 9000 pounds. But he doesn't know it. He has to be trained to know it.
If his trainer doesn't follow through, the horse will forever be afraid to pull the 25 pounds, which is way below his capabilities.
We are like the horse. We can withstand, do, carry, more than we think we can. We just don't know it. So we have to learn to know it.
How? Little by little; by building trust. By starting small, and increasing our load.
With each small step our confidence grows. And then one day we realize what we've accomplished and wonder, "How did we get here?"
By taking on one load at a time. By starting light and getting heavier.
Trust!
Know that you're more than you know.
