Problems Exist!

"In the middle of every difficulty, lies an opportunity."
~Albert Einstein
Problems ... they visit every household everywhere on earth. No one is exempt.
Normally, we complain in the face of a problem/s. We talk about how bad it is, what it's doing to our lives, etc. The complaints are endless. And we make sure we let everyone who will listen know.
But what if a problem isn't the worst thing that can happen to us? What if that problem wakes us up? What if the problem showed up because we were asleep? Then wouldn't the problem be welcomed? That very problem can alert us to something that maybe we'd been ignoring, or something unpleasant we'd been living with but failed to address; something that we'd become accustomed to, not unlike the ongoing hum of a refrigerator. We only hear it when it stops.
What we perceive as a problem may invite us to think bigger; to open ourselves up to things we hadn't considered.
The ability to solve problems may, in fact, strengthen us. We may have placed limits on ourselves. Those problems may be the thing that expands us.
No, we're never going to jump for joy when a problem shows up at the door, on a text, or on the phone. But if we give ourselves the chance to come at it from an unfamiliar place, we may just find a solution that helps us evolve simply by going through the process.

Right...it's god's way of showing up and saying, hey, it's time to stretch.
Sanatana
Exactly! May not always feel good, but can be very good for us.

There are always going to be what we feel are problems. And to your point, how we handle them is what makes the difference. We can look back at all our "problems" and remind ourselves we're still here.
