Once again, excellent advice. Change isn't easy, but when you're doing it and you start to experience the incremental results, there's no better feeling in the world. Thank you!

Once the change start happening, it creates momentum that feeds on itself. It is a good feeling and motivating.

Good post! On top of your good advice, I would suggest that anyone who is trying to make a difficult change in their life, it helps to have others in your corner cheering you on. Put a pledge up about what you want to change and let your tribe encourage and support you along your journey. No one really gets terribly far on their own even if it seems like they did. You can always find others beside them keeping their spirits up, helping them fight that good fight, especially when the chips are down. So if you have a goal to change anything, bring others along...let them be the wind beneath your wings. You'll be grateful in the end.

That's a great idea! Having your tribe cheer you on, would be quite wonderful!

Change is a full time job. It's like being in the trenches in a war against yourself. You have to be on alert to where you might falter. The war is lifelong if you're serious about it...and you sure as heck don't get to sit back, put your boots up, and take breaks from it. Frankly, for me it's the only thing that keeps me sane and feeling good about doing good things for me and others as life's journey takes its inevitable toll on us all.

It does indeed. But we have to keep going strong. It's the only way.
