Have you ever been panning for gold? It is the oldest and simplest way to extract gold.

I see all of you as having an abundance of gold nuggets within you—those things that make you special and unique. The thing is, you're panning in the wrong place; you're panning outside of yourself for the gold. Nothing you find "out there" will ever be as valuable as what you find within yourself.

You house many valuable nuggets. They may not be actual gold, but those nuggets come in the shape of talent, kindness, resourcefulness, diligence, determination, etc. They’re in there.

So, if you think you’re going to get rich panning for gold, you’re not. You’re better off, looking within yourself so that you can extract what will really make you rich!
