May All Beings Be Happy
I was recently introduced to an excerpt (about 11 minutes) from the making of In These Arms, May All Beings Be Happy by Jennifer Berezan.
She flew to South Korea to the Un-munsa monastery, home to 250 Buddhist nuns, to film this. Over 100 musicians from around the world joined her to create this musical meditation CD. The meditation chant is based on two Buddhist practices---loving kindness and compassion:
May all beings be happy
May all beings be safe
May all beings be free.
Jennifer is a Canadian born singer/song writer, teacher and activist.
She says, "I keep one eye on the future,
my ear to the ground,
and I take refuge in that holy sound."

Happy, safe, and free is how we all want to live and feel above all else. I think we can all take refuge in this wonderful piece of music, allowing the chaos of the world disappear at least momentarily. The production is so beautifully executed—it's genius. Thank you for sharing.
