Ten women picketed Van Nuys City Hall for four hours Tuesday in a demand for immediate installation of sewers in a Sun Valley housing tract...A woman on crutches, Mrs. Anne Runyon, 8438 Nagle Ave., was among the pickets. She said she injured her leg after slipping in front of her house where sewage had overflowed onto the sidewalk.
