Sinfully delicious pasta a la forma
I wish for some kind person to take me to this restaurant where I can luxuriate in this plate of pasta. This would be one of my first holiday wishes for 2023 (be sure to click on the volume)
The “pasta alla forma” in its original recipe of creamed pasta in a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano seasoned for at least 24 months, whose surface is set on fire with grappa before the preparation of the dish.
