Ohio Republicans Propose Bill To Track Pregnancies
The bill proposes to track every pregnancy from beginning to end, bringing us closer to the surveillance state depicted in Margaret Atwood's “The Handmaid's Tale.”
Sure looks to me like this “land of the free and home of the brave” has far more in common with Iran's Ayatollah and moral police state than our founding fathers' vision of liberty.
I would love to hear what you think about this nation's authoritarian, dystopian drive toward a “Christian Nationalist” theocracy.

Reproductive freedom is an Ohio constitutional right. The people voted for it. This new bill is insane, and its author is a woman; unbelievable. Shame on her!

Nowhere in science or even in the bible does it state that life begins at conception, and yet she states this as if she were God almighty. What right does she have to mislead with such self-aggrandizing certainty? That's what I would like to ask her.

Ohio must be an easy state to run, as its legislators have time to draft bills like this. The idea that a collection of fetal cells is of greater value than the woman in whom they're forming is completely without logic.
The fact that a woman masterminded this bill to oppress other women is surprising. However, some women believe the presidency should be held exclusively by men, and there are the Tradwives who promote lives of subservience to their higher-value husbands.
In my opinion, one thing this bill and the Christian Nationalist theocracy are absent of is God.

The woman who master minded it is a crazy zealot. She’s one of those flat earth people

I wonder what she would do if her daughter were facing a choice between a necessary termination of pregnancy or death. Would she kiss her daughter goodbye and welcome the motherless child with open arms? If so, she would be a murderer in my book.

I live in this crazy state. It may pass but there will be lots of court battles after. It just one of the crazy things our Congress is doing. Hopefully there will be a change in November

This woman has stated that there's NO case or circumstance in which an abortion should be performed. Yet, she's well aware that women die due to complications in childbirth. This is the ordaining and sanctification of adult murder. This law poses as granting life to innocent babies, but it's really about eugenics.
