To answer a polling question, visible or blindfolded:
- Try to quiet your mind and focus on the question being asked.
- Pay careful attention to the feeling or wisdom that surfaces. Is it a quick "go for it" or a strong “no way”—or something in between?
- Select the answer on the polling page that best matches the feeling you've received.
- If it's a strong feeling, Add emphasis! by selecting a statement in the "Add emphasis!" column.
- Click Vote.
- Enjoy voting, and don’t forget to vote on your own polls to see how your responses compare to other voters.
