How to measure and raise your standing as a liberator

Who will you liberate?

Acts of love and true caring have forever liberated the human spirit from despair, tragedy, and hopelessness. That's why we put you, the liberator, on a pedestal in the heart of your city.

Twice per week, we'll send you a liberation action email prompting you to take the next liberation action step. With each action step you take, Youtropolis virtual currency will be deposited directly into your city's Municipal Fund, and your standing as a liberator increases accordingly.

You Factory is where visitors will come to see your standing as a liberator (also known as you-factor). It charts your power to liberate others by tracking weekly upticks in your city's Municipal Fund growth based on the actions you take during a seven-day period. The more actions you take, the higher your liberator status climbs, and the larger your city's Weconomy grows.

To visit your You Factory:

Owning you-factor comes down to a daily practice of being:

a generous philanthropist
a thoughtful philosopher
a resourceful power broker
a courageous trailblazer

Your Municipal Fund engages you in daily opportunities to own your you-factor by putting it into practice.

To put you-factor front and center as a daily practice:

Open the 3 dot Manage menu above and select Municipal Fund
Click any of the seven Liberation Funds and start taking actions

Your you-factor: How do you rate?

Because we believe that you-factor is the key to liberation, we've created a unique tool to help you measure your personal progress along your road to liberation. With your personal you-factor analysis charts, you can develop a sense about where your strengths and challenges lie at a glance. Are you more of a Trailblazer? Do you want to be more of a Mover and Shaker or Genius?

Whether you're passionate about increasing your own you-factor, or assisting others in developing theirs, these charts will give you the insight you need to see how you or others rate in each of the seven you-factor categories. It's also a great way to evaluate the strengths of a potential new trade alliance.

To track the progress of your you-factor:

Scroll down the page to view both you-factor charts

To track the you-factor of a tribe member or trade alliance:

Select the 3 dot Manage menu above and choose Tribe and Alliances
Scroll down the page for Tribe members, or select the Trade Alliances tab
Select the city of the liberator you're interested in
Click the Love icon in their landmark scroller
scroll down the page to view both you-factor charts

How you-factor is calculated

Your personal you-factor is determined by the multiple actions you take through your city's Municipal Fund. For every action you take, your charts:

evaluate the amount of kindreds you earned for a specific action
calculate any percentage increases by you-factor category
update the percentages to reflect progression achieved in each of your city's liberation funds

Your percentages will vary on a daily basis according to the actions you've taken.

Take charge of your you-factor

You-factor does right by you. By using it, you'll send a powerful ripple effect into the world that will benefit you in surpising ways.

Since each you-factor category is as powerful as the next, try to aim for a balance between all categories.

If you want your progress charts to display increases in a specific category, go to your Municipal Fund and start taking actions in the Liberation Fund related to that category. For instance, if you want to increase your you-factor in the Power Broker category, select one or more actions to take from the Power Broker Liberation Fund.

To follow the ongoing increases in your you-factor on a daily basis:

Select the Love icon in your landmark scroller
Scroll down the page to view both you-factor charts

To track the you-factor of a tribe member or trade alliance:

Select the 3 dot Manage menu above and choose Tribe and Alliances
Scroll down the page for Tribe members, or select the Trade Alliances tab
Select the city of the liberator you're interested in
Click the Love icon in their landmark scroller
