NEW MUSIC VIDEO "WHISPER"
Something was happening to me that I did not understand. I would awaken in the middle of the night hearing a soft whisper of words as well as a melody. I eventually realized it was a gift from God so I better start writing down what I'm hearing no matter what time it was.
I'm sure I lost a lot of songs thinking, "Oh, I'll remember this in the morning." Not so much!
That is how my writing and singing started in 2012. I'll use God's gift to the best of my ability, as long as I am blessed to have it.
From reading other posts I see many subscribers also hear a Whisper. As Well Street says...its a "nudge.

Many people ask, "How do I know the difference between that voice and my own ego. You so clearly answer the question in the Whisper..it speaks to your soul, softly and it has a familiar resonance.
I know that Whispers can come to us in so many different ways, whether we are singing, writing, painting, gardening, praying, dancing and so many more. It is clearly a sacred experience. I can imagine there are many people today who are searching for words that speak to their soul. This song is a comforting reminder to listen.

A gift from God could also be interpreted and embraced as a mandate from God, a ray of light from heaven that needs expression in our world at this time. I truly believe we all have this gift, whether it manifests as a deeper knowing, a whispered prompt to take a specific action, a piece of music, or an ineffable love of all people.
The challenge is having the courage to run with it and set it free. And yet, I can't imagine your music not being expressed. No doubt, your devotion and love of Christ helped you overcome any such fear. But what's so beautiful beyond the fullness of your gift (creation of song and singing), is the way in which your songs manage to weave biblical teachings into your personal life experiences, illuminating the grace in the lessons. In listening, we understand the power of God's grace, and with this song the listener may even take more seriously those whispers which come to them.

Well, one thing I will share……I keep hearing the word Alpha. At first it was I am Alpha and Omega. Then, over and over again Alpha. Today I looked up Alpha stock! Haven’t bought yet. lol.

I got goosebumps listening to this song. I don't know what it means really other than it touched me deeply. It's really a beautiful song with heartfelt purposeful. And what a beautiful thing to have God come to you in the middle of the night and whisper in your ear. I'm hoping whispers find their way to me, too.
