NEW MUSIC VIDEO: FROM THE ASHES TO THE LIGHT
From The Ashes to The Light is about my personal transformation
Reflecting on my life recently and feeling deep gratitude that Jesus is my light today. Although life, nor I, am perfect. The ashes represent my confused lost self before Jesus.
Inner healing, clarity about my purpose and a new life was shown to me.
My life is of course a work in progress and I'm always learning. A recent learning is that I could set aside my fears and make my music public. Thank you all for your support and comments.

Thank you...once again, the music, your sweet voice and a very powerful message shared about your faith.
Your use of ashes and the light are a beautiful metaphor for describing your new life in Jesus.
Bravo for you... moving through your fears to bring your music into the light.
Not everyone is so acutely aware of their personal transformation...you are indeed blessed.

I love all your music, but this song may be my most favorite. It's a story of rebirth, one I can relate to, like Amazing Grace where one is blind and then can see the light, the truth, and the miracle of our true purpose in this life.
I know it took lots of courage for you to cross over your fear and release your musical gift to a wider audience beyond your church. The timing is divine because so many people need inspiration to help them through the troubles of our time. I always look forward to your Sunday "sermons" and the message each will bring. Thanks for posting!

With such beautiful lyrics and joyful music, I gotta say I love this song. Dont mean to sound like a broken record, but your voice is awesome, it's an invitation. It just is...to anyone who hears it. You may wonder, an invitation to what? For me it's an invitation to listen carefully to what you're singing, saying, and feeling deep down. You pull us in to your grace and you leave me feeling refreshed somehow and warmer deep down. Thank you.

I don't really know anything about you, but when I listen to your songs I know what's in your heart and I feel we are kindred spirits.
I hope to hear your songs sung in church choirs everywhere. They are so uplifting and deeply honest. I love this song, too.
