To remove a tribe member, select Tribe & Alliances under the 3 dot Manage menu. Find the city you want to remove, click/tap the “Banish" link, then click/tap the Banish button. Once you banish a tribe member, they will no longer receive updates on your activity.
Th city will not be notified that you banished them.
