Thanks Tony! I agree and using those muscles always feels good. In addition to free weights and squats, I like working in the yard. There's always bending, squatting, and lifting that trigger muscles I may not use in my "indoor" exercising.

You're welcome! And that's an EXCELLENT point! House and yard work are very much exercise and are greatly underrated. In fact, at least one smart ring manufacturer is now factoring in house and yard work into its metrics so that you actually get credit for it, which is as it should be!

It's about time non-exercise activity will be integrated into its metrics. We know that for many people, this type of activity is a significant part of their daily lives and impactful toward good health.

Working out in a gym or on a treadmill has never done as much for me as working in my yard. If it's raining, it's 30 minutes or more of dancing indoors for me which gives me a fun lift before sitting back down to work at my desk.
