Fortunately, I've not been pulled over many times, but when answering the question, you have to admit to the infraction committed unless you legitimately don't know or play ignorant. Legally, this may not be entrapment, but it feels like it.
I agree. I definitely like this law. It'll be interesting to see if it's followed or even enforced since the law carries no real penalty at this point for violating it.
