I was a fan of Tesla when it first hit the market years ago. However, now that I've seen Elon Musk's personality and ethics, my desire for a Tesla of any model has vanished. I could say more, but my grandma used to say, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." So, I'll just stop here😊
LOL You've pretty much said it all. Elon has certainly not done himself or the Tesla brand any favors. Unfortunately, other carmakers either can't or won't make EVs that can compete with the range and technology of Tesla for the price; not to mention Tesla's unmatched charging network. It's a real shame that Elon has done so much to turn people off to the best EV products on the market overall when it comes to price, technology and charging convenience. Before purchasing my Tesla in 2018, I leased a much more expensive BMV EV that offered none of Tesla's innovative tech and had nowhere near the range. Worse yet, trying to find someplace to charge the car before running out of juice created more anxiety than I could take. Since I've committed to never driving a gasoline-powered car again, Tesla was the only practical option given the range, technology and convenience I needed for what I was willing to spend on a vehicle. Until other carmakers catch up, I think a lot of people will continue to hold their noses and buy a Tesla despite Elon's eccentricities, peculiarities and political positions.
I had planned on being an early adopter of a Tesla when it first came out. I couldn't wait to get my hands on one. Then I heard about it blowing through stop signs. Then I got a load of Elon Musk. It was like falling in love at first sight, then going on just one date and wishing you hadn't.

Well Street
I've seen them on the road a few times, and they remind me of a vehicle Sigourney Weaver drove in the "Aliens" movie.
Who's surprised the truck has become a status symbol with celebrity owners?

You're right! Never thought of that until you brought it up! LOL

Looks like a cold, clunky, hunk of junk.
TMac
LOL I take it you're not a fan?
