"Motion is the lotion" is what we in the fitness field often tell our clients. Outside of a traumatic joint injury like a ruptured tendon or herniated disc, movement and increased blood flow can expedite healing and improve function far more than immobilization.
Thank you for this encouraging news, both about the healing powers of walking and your personal experience with regaining a strong lower back.
You're welcome! When I started walking, I had no idea it would alleviate my low back pain. After I didn't experience it for days, then weeks, then over a year, I wondered if walking was the key? Turns out, it is!

You're welcome! And of course, you taught me some of the supplemental lower back exercises I still use to maintain a strong lower back so, THANK YOU!
